Instead of thinking about it, what should a child learn most? How about looking at it from another angle, what kind of growth-promoting factors can kindergarten give children? 1. The kindergarten requires children to take care of themselves according to certain behaviors. Why is it 3 years old instead of 4–6 years old to go to kindergarten any year? This is because starting from the age of 3, children are facing a growing watershed. Children should know how to take care of themselves and establish basic self-service capabilities. You can no longer eat, drink and sleep like you do at home, and only rely on crying and laughing to have your parents serve. This change is very socially significant. Because whether a child can get out of this “self-concept” (that the world revolves around itself) determines the level of its socialization. Moreover, the process of socialization is the key to the cultivation of many psychological qualities. For example, role substitution ability (I can guess what others think), empathy (I can feel your feelings), cooperation (I can do it with others), sharing (I need to open my world to others)… …… Many people may think that there is also the cultivation of behavior habits at home. It can only be said that the environment and role are inappropriate. When an excellent teacher in a kindergarten dealt with the behavioral problem of children throwing toys in a small class, the child cried and admitted his mistake before the teacher asked him a question. This phenomenon is actually quite remarkable. It shows that the child’s role replacement ability is well developed, and he knows how to be honest and correct when he knows his mistakes. These qualities are more precious than learning any specific knowledge. 2. There are several meanings for the kindergarten to allow children to play here. The content of children’s play has expanded. After all, there are a lot of children together. The way children play is in accordance with the development stage of the game, from parallel games to high-level cooperative games. And these are not natural, they have to be completed in interaction. The way children grow up is through play, this view is not recognized by many people. In the process of playing 3. Kindergarten allows children to be exposed to more information. This point will not be repeated. Science, society, art, reading, language…, the division of each discipline has its inevitable scientific basis. No matter how powerful a parent is, it cannot replace an average kindergarten. Because in terms of the rationality of knowledge and the learning process, parents are definitely not as professional as teachers. 4. Kindergartens can make children suffer. These sufferings are not about punishment or the like, but that the children’s demands cannot be met immediately. Often, you can’t do what you want, and you can want what you want. Oftentimes, parents will definitely not be able to do this, but teachers can. Even almost, some teachers are very good at using this kind of “rectification” strategy to expose their children to a “society with rich human nature” (you know). Some people may question, isn’t the kindergarten doing so against professional ethics? In other words, at the level of a child, it is just a process of letting him (her) experience some psychological feelings. After all, things that really violate professional ethics are rare. But can you deny that the process of growing up is not to learn to deal with the best scumbags? Therefore, from this perspective, it is actually one of the tasks of growth to properly allow children to touch these within a safe range. Therefore, many teachers with very poor levels in kindergartens have been able to exercise children’s frustration at this point. When he grew up, he knew, “It’s inevitable to encounter a few scumbags in life, and this is nothing in front of him.” Final statement: We always think that children need to receive the best education, we should care, love, blabla… In fact, we underestimated the children’s psychology and underestimated the adaptability of human beings. As long as there is life, children can find their own excitement. No matter how bad the environment is. Therefore, what to teach and what to learn is really not that important. The key is whether he can find something good in the bad life experience.
