Simple environment

Regardless of whether Japanese kindergartens are public or private, their classroom facilities are very simple: a piano, a TV set and a portable radio cassette recorder are hardware equipment for children. And some cardboards, boxes of various sizes, newspapers, nylon ropes, wooden or bamboo chopsticks, and a large number of books are all children’s toys.
